AV Equipment Repairs
Should your AV equipment develop a fault, NAV provide a comprehensive repair service to get you back up and running, even if we aren’t the original supplier. Following your repair request, one of our experienced Service Engineers will visit your premises and determine the cause of the fault, with the aim to fix the fault on-site quickly and efficiently, keeping room down-time to a minimum. If this isn’t possible, the equipment will be returned to our AV service workshop and we’ll liaise with the manufacturer to source the required components, keeping you updated with the repair progress. AV equipment can be mission critical to your business operations so, if we have to remove the product to be serviced, we can supply loan equipment to keep the room up and running, with minimum disruption.
We have a long-standing relationship with many manufacturers including Crestron, AMX, Epson, Panasonic, Samsung, LG, Sennheiser, JBL & Crown to name but a few. If we can’t repair the faulty components in-house, we’ll liaise with the manufacturers to obtain original replacement parts.
