Soroptomist International Conference

An international conference and AGM attended by in excess of 1500 delegates over 3 days.

Our media team produced all the screen content, powerpoint inserts and the live camera mix.

Our events department designed and built the imposing conference set complete with a top table for twelve board members.

The LED lighting rig enabled a subtle change of ambiance for each of the days sessions. By the clients admission this was a logistically challenging conference that in their words was ‘seamlessly produced’ by our NAV.
