Nottingham East Midlands Airport Press Launch

A specific brief for an event in an unusual location. NEMA wanted to launch a self check-in system to the assembled press in the middle of a busy terminal building.

A challenge but not a major issue for our events team. Within a very specific time window they installed a box truss structure with sound and lighting and two 61” plasma screens and assisted the client in delivering a successful press launch.

The whole set-up was packed away and removed in under 30 mins so as to cause minimal disruption in a busy airport terminal.
