Equipment Service & System Maintenance
Back in 1967 NAV was founded based on customer service and support, this ethos remains firmly in place to this day. We have an extensive service facility at our Midlands office, staffed by a team of highly skilled personnel who support the all products we supply and install.
Maintenance contracts are available to cover most equipment and system installations. Our engineers can usually be on site within one working day of your call, often with an option for equipment loan replacement should on-site repair be impractical.
Customer service has always been our company ethos, we are only a phone call away, giving our customers the confidence that full technical support and back-up is always available should it be needed.
